Set within Hybadore's 14 acre estate and sleeping up to 12 guests, both indoors and out you are guaranteed the ultimate in relaxation and heaps of inspiration giving you the Perfect Cornish Retreat.

On the ground floor, approached off the grand entrance hall is a very generous lounge, containing two double sofa beds or 3 sofas and a log burning fire. Turn to your left and take a few steps and you will find, to your right a small w/c and to your left the exceptionally large king size master bedroom with dressing room, expansive wardrobe space and a superb contemporary wet room with deep oval bath.

Moving from the entrance hall to the left wing of the house you have a comfortable king size bedroom and cosy double bedroom with views to the garden, both with access to a jack and jill bathroom with very large rain shower and period style w/c and basin.

Continuing around to the left you will find firstly a lovely snug with either two single beds or a large king size bed and the final bedroom, also a king-size, is particularly spacious with its own dressing room and period style en-suite with bath, shower, w/c and basin. 

Separating the bedrooms is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and hanging space.

Also on the ground floor in the right wing of the house is your spacious kitchen area and large pantry with two American fridge freezers, 6 ring 4 burner AGA and dishwasher, an extensive range of kitchen ware, a lovely setting for a family meal or socialising with friends.

 

Last but not least, approaching from the entrance hall and moving upstairs to the first floor, you will find the ultimate in open plan living, a 59" long and 17" wide living room, dramatic high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, an open brick fireplace to one end and access to the garden at the other, its the perfect space to gather with family, dine or play a few games of pool. When the sun is shining, as in Cornwall it often does, why not step out on to your own private 50" long terrace and take in the views of the garden and paddock beyond.
